Should the Novus 'hotshots' get this latest issue away, on my calculations there will be nearly 4.5 Billion shares and options outstanding!!! Our current leader ,Mr Graves, will own about 12 million or 0.026%.But he still pulls a handsome salary/fees of $464,000.I bet he don't fly at the back of the bus either or stay at Formula One.
Nice to see that great previous asset to our company, Frank Petruzzelli, being a sub underwriter for $400,000 worth of shares to add to his nil balance.He must have thought he wouldn't end up with anything but his sub-underwriting commission at 3.24%.
