The bible is just a fairy story, passed down from generation to generation, it does not prove the existence of a god. I solemnly believe, that if there is an all seeing being looking down on us, it is an alien watching the progress of the species, like an experiment in a test tube.

However, I accept you wanting to believe in a god, and you have every right, as I do, to believe in whatever makes you feel more content.
