Actually those are quite interesting questions that I have no good answer for but of course answers can be given that raise further questions...

    1) If there is a god and he created mankind, why did he put nipples on the male species??
If you were creating a species you would probably use a common template hence both might have 2 legs, 2 arms, 1 head etc. If you were creating such a template, minor duplicated features between gender might not seem to you to be important. However if pure evolution was at play, there would never be any reason for the these uneeded duplicated features to be propogated through generations and generations and there would be some probability function that determined if they remained or disappeared.
In the case that, as far as we know nipples on men are useless, it would seem likely that there would be some portion of the population that was born without nipples if only evolutionary forces were in play...

)If Noah built a wooden vessel to contain a male and female of every species on earth, and presumably only two humans, how big must it have been; particularly as it would have to have enough food on board for all to survive 40 days and 40 nights? Would it have been possible to build such a massive vessel back then?

Of course in the context and realities of the time of Noah, the story is absolutely impossible...
However in the current context of DNA and cyrogenic storage of DNA samples it would not be an impossible feat as the same could possibly accomplished without need for food and a massive vessel, but sophisticated minders and equipment.
It could be interpreted that there were some very "forward thinkers" back then but is could also be interpreted that the bibical God was involved in genetic engineering of some sort...

3)If there is a god, why would he not have waited 2000 odd years and come to earth when the internet was available whereby he could have spread the word without risk of misinterpretation and there would now be only the one version of religion?

Well the biblical God could be a somewhat careless minder who doesnt really care that much about micro-managing the rather pathetic and meaningless daily affairs of the flock he is tending.
