    The announcement has indicated that the terminated contract result that the contractor refused to vacate from the site.

    IMO, the war is on the way, the local will use they power to take every cents they could from PLA.

    And definitely, the site and the equipment, in some extent, will be demaged.

    PLA, will at least dive below 0.5 within this week.
