I would like to see a breakdown of his $11 million salary package Phil.

If it is $11 million cash, yes it's excessive.

A mixture of cash, options and shares, based upon performance targets that have been met, is much more appropriate.

There you go, I'm not a 'blind faith' UNS fanatic.

As I said in a recent post, if the UNS SP hasn't headed significantly North by this time next year, I will bail and take approx 200-300% profit with me.
