Thanks for the article.
Could you please outline its relevance to BUB, as the article states before applying for CDFA, Bellamy's was already making a profit, where as BUB is increasing LOSSES per sale of a IF tin.
What is missing with BUB, is the ability to have an insider with connections to open doors even if the CDFA is achieved. An extract from the article posted clearly provides this insight.
"Around this time, Hong Kong investor John Ho started buying shares in the beaten down company after its suspension was lifted. His Janchor Partners amassed a 12 per cent stake. At the time Bellamy's was facing a class action, profit downgrades, and an unstable board. But Ho felt like he could contribute. A few months later he was thrust into the tough job as chairman.
Insiders say Ho is a strategic thinker and understands China, but also understands Australia since he grew up here. He has made investments in Alibaba Group long before its IPO. Sources noted his digital insight, pointing to his directorship at privately run start-up Rokt, which is beneficial since Bellamy's product is sold mainly in China online through internet platforms like WeChat. and TMall".
Again thanks for the article, however, I do not think you should try to silence people with innuendos or who have contrary views. If you post an article be prepared to get the good and the bad comments.
At this point in time the only commentators ahead in this debate are those that have said its price is over valued. Why !!!! well the share price has fallen substantially. Undisputed some 20 cents in 4 weeks.
As market theory states the price of a traded stock reflects the knowledge of an informed market or commonly known as a group of investors. For an informed understanding please refer to The markets efficiency theory as per Friedrich Hayek. You tube has many insights into the efficient frontier model.
