Could it be the prospect of further impairment?
A shortage of cash to take advantage of the possible openings?
I said in another post that I could understand why Concord should be selling out, but in light of what you say am wondering now if they shouldn't be buying.
I remember a contact who once said that he would only invest in a situation if he thought he could quadruple his money.
Perhaps 52c is a bit of a stretch, but I could certainly see 26c.
The problem is that the market doesn't like the stock, or the sector, yet, so the question is how long do we have to wait and what risks do we run along the way?
