Is it possible to build a publicly available database of directors and company managers which takes and rates performance? Is Hotcopper a forum that could start discussions on a rating system for directors/ managers? Quantitative and qualitative views.


Re NFK: Has recently released data by the company misled investors in relation to money that will not be collected?
eg projects where they have under quoted. The bargain price that the directors are recommending suggests that investors have not been fully informed.
