Within the Nova Zone there are several lodes and reefs that have continued down, of which Austral is one of them.
Also Dukes, Tasma, Orion, Mawson and Bass to name a few.
None of them are particularly wide but contain high grade, so development is multi directional until they intersect each one, hence one would assume development is not a simple process.
