Keen to jump in on MRP marginal success but pub talk from my drilling mates at the exchange hotel that the Heron MD walked because because of the venture?? Found this on another share forum. Anyone have news about this interesting A1 mine.

"Under the binding agreement, A1 will acquire Herons option for 20.7 million A1 shares before exercising the option with Gaffney Creek in return for 33.3 million A1 shares. A1 will seek to raise up to $30 million in its IPO. Seed was apparently all gone a while ago. Some of the big guns behind the Macpherson's Reward Gold would be behind this including Ashok parekh from Kalggorlie."
