The ratio of the offer was 1.15 ADN per MEP.

In regard to the DRM issue my notes had "In speccie distribution of DRM - 4/3/22 @ $0.3996 Per Share" Oh how we cried at that crazy valuation.

Then for DRM to A1M. "1 A1M for every 1.3 DRM" This was around Jan 2023. We are still underwater on that one as well See below
