    I think short selling regulation is much further down the track. More importantly there are a two which most people would agree.

    a) AVW- options reissue after expiry refreshing date should require a 80% vote /

    b) AVW- if a director has more than six directorships the seventh and onwards should require 80% vote ,
    if a director has greater than ten in asx company make the bar 86% prevents JP leaching a company

    c) FND- same principle of their performance rights may even say knowledge before asking shareholders to vote on issuance of performance stock/options that represent greater than 30% of the company require 80%

    there is much lower hanging fruit in regulation than short selling
