actually I read a pretty good article on copper that presents in Porphyry copper being the largest source of copper deposits , so fittingly I have refocussed my attention to include ASX listed with some of this exposure . Eastern Australia seems to be the go to area for porphyry deposits , but it’s worth considering stable jurisdictions like Zambia and western south and North America that are known for these deposits. The theory is porphyry deposits can be ripped out more readily and , therefore well placed to enjoy higher prices during this much touted copper( and other metals) super cycle .
i fancy parts of Africa and providing you understand the Chinese have the whip hand in most of the sub Sahara, there does seem to be opportunities for ASX juniors to succeed.
