Demetallica was created from the ashes of an excellent SA explorer - Minotaur - when their third ore discovery (The Great White halloysite-kaolin deposit in SA) was taken over by the JV partner Andromeda (ADN).
The Jericho deposit (and other Minotaur tenements) was relisted as Demetallica. Demetallica was then subject to a friendly takeover (extremely, extremely cheaply) by A1M. Demetallica s/holders were given A1M shares in exchange.
