Interesting comment on heap leach of sulphides seems out of place unless he has some strategy in mind on material from a particular deposit.
He almost certainly does if one not already owned, then they have their eye on for synergy.
They've touted their business development skills a lot and its rated by enough fund managers. their actual mining plans disclosed (e.g. swagman) seem sufficiently aggressive a good mix of aggression and conservatism I expect based on experience.
What I'm saying is, I'm dying to see someone display real ability. Not those putzes at 29M.
