what does a smart small cap copper producer do if that happens....sell forward into the spike.
once the corner is unwound the price deflates...and the smart small cap copper producer buys back their position at a handsome profit, still has the copper anyway to sell later.
sell strength....buy weakness!
this is the opposite to some not so smart WA based gold producers who sold forward vast amounts of gold at a price less than current AISC to secure debt when the sensible option was use shareholder capital not secured debt and one has now gone bellyup and others are bereaved.
