The board have not responded to me. This is extremely common.
He is presiding over a company that should have gone way up in share price, he would certainly know it is being suppressed. When some shareholder he's never met before emails his secretary with a list of questions about why the share price hasnt gone up, what he is doing to stop the manipulation, who are the real top 20 shareholders, if he is willing to put in 672a requests to asic to find out the intsitutions hiding within the custodians, what are the deals in place with Glencore etc,
the easiest thing for them is to ignore. And 9 times out of 10, probably 99 times out of a hundred this works for guys like him. I gave him 14 days. His secretary Audrey confirmed receipt of the questions. Then after my first email to shareholders I wrote to Audrey again and asked if Aaron had any comment. nothing back.
