Conversely, A1M is the perfect place for some of us to reallocate funds that come from T/O's in other Cu developers being peremptorily taken over (I.e. low low-balled).
There's nothing wrong with A1M except who is going to get the most fruits of their labour from doing the hard work / taking the risks of development. E.g. That vent rise that had to be re-concreted. Yes, we have to cop that but it's not worth 50 % of the Co's value is it?
