4th of may quarterly said they had received a number of tenders for the plant and should be completed by May.
21st of May in the investor presentation, they still needed to decide on whether or not to go with additional (on top of approx 60mil) upfront expenditure on large equipment to facilitate an easier stage 2. Maybe it is this decision that is delaying any announcement on the plant.
