How would you interpret the 4th bullet point?
Hmmm.......
So, Darnum is 51% owned by Beingmate. Maybe Beingmate would be prepared to sell to A2M.
But then there is Bubs. Darnum going to produce certified organic grass-fed infant formula.
And Bubs recently bought Deloraine Dairy for $45m. And Deloraine Diary have SAMR. (Why didn't A2 buy it?)
Taking milk from Victoria, turning it into powder at Darnum, shipping to Hamilton NZ, canning, then shipping elsewhere doesn't seem efficient to me.
