Correct, and it's interesting to consider the data above alongside some insights on birth rate trends across provinces in their strategy day.
For instance, Guangdong was identified as a region biased towards larger family size, further reinforcing why this area has been targeted and apparently is doing well across all city tiers. Similar with other areas like Shandong and Hubei.
But it's also clear that they are still a bit under represented in some regions that historically have been most responsive to policy shifts like those happening at the moment. So I assume this is where they are targeting. When they update next, I'll be interested to track where the new stores are added (and also, which stores are deactivated and removed, if any)
