Because a2 does not impair the gut lining...your baby’s gastro intestinal system is not damaged and can absorb 100% of the nutrients in a2 milk. Therefor, less a2 milk is needed.
Once our gut is compromised and the lining damaged
Malabsorption syndrome is present which means we cannot absorb the nutrients from our food.
So we need to eat much more food for the body to get the nutrients it needs although we will still be nutrient deficient.
So those who’s gut lining is in good condition need to eat a lot less food to feel full and also get the nutrients to function effectively
