Or maybe Starbucks a2 milk collaboration? Firstly, it will help a2 to get into cafe market. 2ndly, leverage on Starbucks strong brand awareness (especially in China, starbucks is consider a premium brand) to further strengthen a2 milk brand. Starbucks will in return able to expands their market to a1 intolerance consumers and support their current strategy - continuously innovate. Win-win situation.
Although, now this is my personal opinion and imagination only. But let's hope this is in the management's future expansion plan.
