    I'm with Mac here - they need runs on the board first before they should look any further than A2.

    Right now they have zero.

    A concept - thats it.

    They need to show the market how they propose to turn this concept into a money making venture.

    This isn't research where you gain further knowledge by way of a new grant when the previous money ran out....
