Firstly, congratulations A2 milk co now in the ASX 300.

Let me explain. If you have a vitamin deficiency, it means you have malabsorption syndrome and your body is unable to turn food into fuel and absorb the nutrients it needs like vitamins, minerals etc.,
In the same way Blackmores or indeed any brand of vitamins etc will not be absorbed unless they are sublingual and bypass the gut.

Let me explain:-
Nutrients (vits,mins etc) are scientifically proven to be evident in foods.
There is no scientific evidence that those nutrients are absorbed by the body because the state and weakness and ability to absorb in is different for each person relative to the state of gut health.
There is scientific evidence that supplements contain nutrients in the bottle.
There is no scientific evidence that says these nutrients or the amount are absorbed into the body for the same reason as above.

Now..... If you are drinking A1 milk, then it is likely that the A1 protein may have impaired the gut function in a similar way that gluten does. Therefore ones ability to absorb nutrients becomes less and less over time to a point where no matter what one eats, what supplements are taken, malabsorption syndrome is preventing nutrient absorption and we become nutrient deficient.

The vitamins can be scientifically proven To have an ability that is all.
One cannot scientifically prove that supplements are being absorbed because it will be different for each individual, some will have absolutely no ability to absorb them, some will have some ability, others a fair amount.

Our gut determines everything
