Why everyone want stage 3 ?
As a Mum of 2 child , I know the stage one is for 0 - 6 months and most of the baby at that age are on breastfeeding , unless Mum can't meet the demanding.
Stage 2 is 6- 12 months this is very short period of time and some of the baby may still on breastfeeding.
Stage 3 is one year plus - most of baby stop breastfeeding around one years old and most of Chinese family if they can afford , they will feed the baby with infant formula up to 3 years old.
Why IF formula doing better than the normal formula in Chinese market ?
Most Chinese adult do not drink milk - they drink green tea rather than coffee , they drink soy milk rather than milk .
However for babies they believe the babies need to be feed with milk and also need to be feed the best product they can afford.
They will cut down cost at every other areas , however they will happy to pay more for good brand IF formula.
