As lack of stage 2 and 3 on the markets, A2 is losing the battle to Ballanys in Australia.
There are enough stage 1 on the shelf but sale is very very slow! I monitorred the sales in CWH and Discount4less in Chatswood for the last two days! Stage 1 sold only 6 cans from the shelf! I was wondering where is the Daigou! Why not clear the shelf like stage 2 and 3?
Talk to one of Daigou who told me that new moms are unwilling to choose A2 stage 1 as they worry there are not enough stage 2 and 3 to continue feeding baby. They choose Ballamys and Aptamil instead as a safe choice!
Good management is important for a business. If you guys think A2 management is good, i think Bellamy's management is better. A2 is losing to Bellamys in Australia as mistaken to produce the wrong products.
I noticed the increase supplies of A2 but too much slowing sales of stage 1. It wastes capacity which could allocate to stage 2 and 3. A2's sales manager should go to the market to have a look closely.
Australia is more important battle ground than China before Daigou been banned. As long as A2 beats Bellamys and Aptamil in Australia, A2 will win China market easily. Word of mouth is the key.
