Stage 1 is least demanding is due to the fact that baby 1-6 m only need it if mum cannot feed
1-6 m is a very short timeframe
6-12m is less demanding for the same reason
most mum stop/reduce breast feeding around 1yr mark,from that point on kids will rely on stage 3, untill around 4yr old
So stage 3 is naturally on more demand than 1 and 2
I have 2 kids and have never bought stage 1 and 2 for the above reason...
