So far as management, they've never been particularly forthcoming. Babbidge liked to play his cards close to his chest and was quite masterful and underselling / overdelivering. I don't think a ~65% slide in value gels with their standard MO, though.
In any event, the lack of communication and transparency from the BOD in the face of such a massive wallop to the SP shows - at least to me - a complete lack of respect to shareholders. This isn't some medium term downtrend - 4 years of value has been wiped from LTH's pockets.
No one has even heard from the new CEO, for Pete's sake.
