$20, $60, $100, are basically *pluck any number out of the air* projections that bear no relationship with reality or the company's actual/projected fundamentals.
$14 in a few years would likely require very strong execution in all of the strategy areas e.g. new products & markets, getting margins up etc. as well as probably some external factors shifting in the company's favour.
