I am not sure if people have really run the maths on what the deal means financially. 1M tins would equate to around $30M revenue, about half of which can be provided now and the remainder to be produced over the next few months.
Meanwhile, yesterday the market cap was $296M, currently it $452M - so an increase of $157M. So, I wonder if people are aware that the FDA's lifting of restrictions on imports is only temporary - lasting 180 days. If so then they must be banking on a further extension in this policy or a more radical shift towards the USA opening up to imports longer-term.
