Absolutely correct it is not the inclusion of a2 but the zero absence of a1 that makes a2 healthy instead of deadly
There is no such thing as a low a1 diet there is only a zero a1 diet that protects the mucosal lining and prevents disease. Any amount of A 1 is detrimental to our health.
