If a company has some serious $$, why would they not try challenging the patents of A2MC if they have a different way of marketing it? They may not be able to use the same trademark, but surely they could say "This product contains only A2 protein and no A1 protein" which in itself is a scientific claim/explanation of the product? The likes of Fonterra and Pura or Nestle could easily do it, right?
