It has picked up a lot around bay area in San Francisco, San Jose and San Diego, keys cities for me in West Coast because there's wealthy people around these locations and the rest will follow slowly. I can in fact see some distribution point build around Turlock, were there's huge agriculture, even small towns like Modesto have A2M milk distributed through Sprouts.
