Meh, it's all legal rubbish anyway. Unless you're a solicitor / Lawyer we wouldn't know. Care factor of how it turns out for me is just interest but discussion is good.
So "A2 Milk" is trade marked. That's the brand as I see it. Now other companies call Milk.. "Milk" and it's not an infringement. Agree?
Using A2 can't be an infringement because that's part of the products natural contents. AS LONG AS it's not A1/A1 only milk.
If it is A1/A1 then saying contains A2 Protein is misleading and against the law of I'd guess making a false claim.
If the Milk contains A2 then saying "Naturally contains A2 protein" isn't untrue nor to me is it misleading.
