I just had a closer look at the article, here's my view:
1. Lion need to change their pleading to challenge the science of a2, hence it is not misleading since a2 protein doesnt even do anything, the court may or may not allow this.
2. if the court does allow this, I believe the onus will be on Lion to prove that a2 protein doesnt do anything since that now forms the basis of their defence.
Could be wrong, while I did study law way back at uni, I'm not a practitioner.
