The case was bought by A2 so it is up to them to prove deception. I am not sure why lion says it will challenge the science....are they saying that A2 doesn't exist...don't think so. So are they saying that A2 has claimed health benefits ...so what this has already been tested and lost (commerce comm in NZ I think) so if they are trying to delay then this may work, but remember there is a study trial going on in China with A2 at the moment so Lion could end up proving the health claims in court and losing their case.
