Hi Chianti I also believe in "All good things in moderation", but it falls in a heap if I have any intake of A1 protein in a cappuchino, ice cream, custard etc. The effects are all bad. And yet my husband gets by with A1/A2 milk without any problem and he is 94. So it depends to whom you are talking about the "health" benefits of A2. For those who suffer A1, the health benefits are REAL. It's only those without a problem who don't believe it.
