Relax. There will be windows where she can trade and she will need to trade inside those specific windows.
They have given the reasons for her trades. She probably owned Qantas stock, had a tax debt and needed cash. Plus there is the pre determined reason for cashing in shares.
I cannot see her coming on board and in the space of 3 months skutteling the business.
It's just a timing issue.
