Yes and no, when you say daigou people generally think of the small scale Chinese students or housewives, then the next level are gift shops who distribute to end customers OFFLINE.

But the large market is made by mega daigous, who are the real hot brand maker with millions and millions turnover, thry distribute to large Online retailers, i.e. Taobao etc, who usually turns over thousands tins a month, which counts a large part of share that we are seeing here.

It's not a complete picture but it's enough to see what's happening with consumer pattern changes in Chinese market.
