Is it possible the growth story is over? When it was trading closer to $18 investors must have been of the idea A2M could continue not paying a dividend & reinvesting profits compounding ROE of 30%. From 50m shareholder equity to 1 billion in 5 years is pretty incredible (all self generated, barely any capital raisings). But growth companies mature & profits need to then leave the company to investors pockets rather than get reinvested. Growth companies revenue/s and net profit are not supposed to regress which was the case in the HY report although COVID was a likely factor, not to mention the next two years forecast earnings and lower than the EPS for 2020. I expect A2M will start paying a dividend soon.
