not saying it'll happen overnight or whether they'll be successful, but you can see they're diversifying away from daigou (yes i know they put stupid caveat on their guidance expecting strong recovery of daigou) , but other sales channels like mbs/cbec are growing and expanding albeit not fast enough to cover loss from daigou.
as for TAM, whilst birth rate declining, the market penetration of a2m and a2 itself are still early with the current tiny % of market share.
cagr on a2 market is projected at 22% for next 5 years
