EV is Entreprise Value that is market Capitalisation plus debt minus cash, which is why a2 is so ridiculously valued. By comparison Nestles trades at sales to ev of 4.1 three times the comparable ratio for a2. If a2 was to be trading at 4 times sales to e.v. its share price would be double.
