but look at the last 5 years for SM1 - down from $10 to 0.36?!?!. a2m must extract some value out of this and the loan refinancing is not the only opportunity to do this. they way I see it is that it's a temporary measure for sm1 to continue as a going concern. more will be needed to secure sm1's future
