..... easy to say that after the fact and of course you don't know what was negotiated in the lead up to today prior to the outcome. If Synlait had enough proxy votes to sink A2M's no vote on Monday, then why even bother mentioning the proxy vote process or strongly encourage shareholders to go online and register when they put out the announcement ?
Perhaps A2M got nothing in return for their yes vote except to know the facility that produces thei IF is safe for the minute but then again perhaps A2M got something ? We will know when they tell us and of course they will be offered to participate in any CR if there is one down the track... I am sure there is a lot more going on behind the scenes than we know .... simples
