A2 absolutely must have a good relationship with its Chinese partners. Yes its true, they don't completely control their own destiny, just accept it.
The more of a manufacturer the company becomes, the worse it gets. The reason A2 is a great company is because it gets other people to do most of the hard work, and is essentially just a marketing company. Be careful what you wish for, MVM so far has made A2 a worse company and adding Synlait will make it worse not better.
The ideal situation is really the status quo, albeit with a more stable and reliable Synlait doing the hard work for A2.
This notion that its somehow a good idea to blow up Synlait and piss off all their partners, just to get a shot at buying out of bankruptcy is so ludicrous. People obviously don't own any significant part of their wealth in the company if they want A2 to gamble the opportunity they have away like that.
Buy Elders if you want to be exposed to the agriculture cycle.
