As the NZ company tax is 28% and Aus is 30%, I'll assume A2M pays tax in NZ.
Maybe A2M got disillusioned with the last buy back raising the SP to $7 only to fall back to $4 when buy back finished.
Saying all this, they really need to benefit shareholders somehow with all that cash.
