The old thread was many month old so I take the liberty of starting a new one.
Plugger I appreciate your disclosure as CEO of DT365. I am sure that there are people involved in ASX companies and brokers that read and even post but do not disclose. Thank you. I am looking into your mob. Good pic on web site! I am currently with IG.
At 7.30 am on NY eve I opened short on A200. (1 contract....just playing) Chart signs here and OS looked good for it. Early evening when the UK started to be more active I closed for small profit. Enough to buy a basic 6 pack! I was about to entertain for the evening and with a long weekend looming I closed. It did move in the "right direction" but slower than hoped. So closed to de-risk.
A200, FTSE, Wall St all look like a short but will wait for some confirmation. All have topped at, or near, recent resistance levels. If the roller coaster continues they will give reward to a short. Perhaps the New Year may give new confidence and see them break through that Res. All have high RSI in the topped out range supporting a short.
Factors to look for- China news, US employment etc, Greece etc must still be on the back burner somewhere.
