Good outcome for SNC and A2B. What makes these people think they can get away with sweetheart deals like they had in mind?
Seems liker it wasn't even thought out properly with the tax implications that were exposed.

PS I personally ignore posters that have no association with shares they comment on. I have been a SNC shareholder and still have a taxi licence with Yellow Cabs in Brisbane (unfortunately).
