I'm no scientist so really i can't be sure. The reason i got onto the A2M bandwagon was seeing my lactose intolerant father stocking his fridge up with A2M milk. I was pretty shocked as I hadn't been home in a while so didn't know he had got onto it. That was proof enough for me that something about A2 milk is different. I can only guess it is the lack of the A1 protein in the milk that allows him to drink it. No scientist or anything like that so that was good enough for me.
